Have you are blocked by any site? can you not to enter restricted site? or your ip had been blocked? You can change your ip address, even speed up your browsing connection.
Here is the steps to change ip address :
* enter this site
you will be shown a free proxy address site
* fill some data
1. Port (fill any)
2. country (choose country)
3. Type (fill any)
4. SSL (fill yes)
* fill verification code, then enter
There will be appeared list of proxy address and the information.
Just choose your favorite ip address. I already try and it work.
